All items are final sale. If your package arrives damaged, please email me immediately at email@example.com with photos and your order number. I’ll do my best to resolve the situation!

How long will it take to receive my order?
I begin packing orders every Saturday morning and bring them to the post office Monday morning. If there is a large batch of orders to process, I may need a few extra weekdays to pack them all. Thank you so much for understanding! Once I finish processing your order, you’ll soon receive an email with a tracking number.
How fast USPS delivers your order is described below. In addition, the efficiency of your local postal service may effect the shipping time.
Domestic orders (US) – 2 to 10 business days
International order (Outside US) – between 2 and 12 weeks.
Customs and Import Taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes their country may require. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

What if something is wrong with my order?
If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly at email@example.com. Did your package arrive damaged? Please let me know as soon as possible with photos of the damaged package and order number.
